Self contained studio with a stunning panoramic view over the estuary. The studio can be either totally private or opened up, linking it to the rest of the house.

4’6” sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen with cooker and fridge,  lounge area with table and chairs for 2, TV, video and CD player, and shower room with shower, bidet, WC and basin.
