BOOKING CONDITIONS.

 

We require 50% of the weekly rental to be paid at the the time the booking is made.  We accept payment by personal cheque, as well as by credit or debit card - see the Contact page.

 

For High Season weeks the balance to be paid 6 weeks before the start date.

 

For Mid Season and Low Season weeks the balance to be paid 2 weeks before the start date.

 

In addition, a security deposit of £175 is required to be paid in advance.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

We regret it is necessary to impose cancellation charges.

 

In the event of cancellation we reserve the right to withhold any advance payments made, unless we are able to re-let the cottage, in which case a full refund will be made.  If the reserved period is not re-let, partial or full repayments may be made at our discretion.

 

The security deposit of £175 will be refunded.

 

We recommend that you take out a Holiday Cancellation Insurance Policy against unforseen circumstances requiring the cancellation of you r booking of Marine Cottage.
